Navigating the Main Menu

When you first join Sumaya, you'll see the Main Menu with the following options:

• Play: Enter the city directly.
• Teams: Switch between available roles such as Visitors, Malaysians, POLIS, BOMBA, and Kesihatan.
• Career: View your career progression and information about your current role.
• Shop: Purchase gamepasses and other items.
• Updates: Check out the latest game updates and announcements.

The main menu also features a scenic camera that pans across Sumaya's landmarks, including the mosque, clock tower, train station, beach, and streets.

Earning Sumaya Ringgit (SR)

Everything in Sumaya runs on Sumaya Ringgit (SR). You start with SR 50 in your wallet and SR 1,000 in your bank account.

Earn more SR by:

• Completing jobs (fast food, fishing, and more)
• Working team-specific careers (POLIS, BOMBA, Kesihatan)
• Fishing and selling your catch

Managing Your Money

• Wallet: Access your wallet tool from the toolbar to view your cash on hand. You can also donate SR to other players using the wallet's Sadaqah feature.
• ATMs: Visit any of the five ATM machines located around the city to deposit, withdraw, or transfer money between accounts.

Starter Tools

Every player spawns with the following tools in their inventory:

• Phone: Access apps and features via the in-game smartphone.
• Wallet: View your cash on hand and donate to other players.
• Torchlight: Illuminate dark areas during the night cycle.
• Firecrackers: Set off festive firecrackers for fun.
• Cheese Burger: Eat to recover hunger on the go.

Exploring the City

Sumaya features a detailed Malaysian-themed city with plenty to discover:

• Mosque: A prominent landmark in the city centre.
• Clock Tower: A scenic tower visible from across the map.
• Train Station: A transport hub in the city.
• Beach: A waterfront area perfect for relaxing and fishing.
• Hospital: A fully equipped medical facility with beds, MRI, and X-Ray machines.
• Chung Hwa Hall & Buildings: Chinese community buildings reflecting Malaysia's multicultural heritage.
• Shoplots & Kedai: Various commercial areas with shops, stalls, and a drink stall.
• Terrace Houses: Residential areas where you can claim a plot and build your home.
• Electrical Substations: Utility infrastructure scattered around the city.
• Street Lights: Lamp posts that illuminate the roads at night.

The city also features a dynamic day/night cycle and a weather system with rain effects that bring the world to life.

Basic Controls

• Movement: Standard Roblox controls (WASD / thumbstick).
• Tools: Select tools from your inventory toolbar at the bottom of the screen.
• Interactions: Walk up to objects and use the proximity prompts that appear to interact.
• Phone: Click the Phone tool to open your in-game smartphone.
• Wallet: Click the Wallet tool to view your cash balance.
